The Missing Children European harmonized hotline 116000 is a tool for the prevention and handling of missing children, access to support services for relatives of missing children, as well coordination with authorities and NGOs at national and international level. The Consortium has also signed a Protocol of Cooperation with the Ministry of Justice and Public Order for the operation of the hotline. The operation of the Hotline is 24/7.
