Xenia Nicolaou

Administrative Officer

Xenia Nicolaou works at “Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center ανδ holds the position of Administrative Officer  Headquarters, in Nicosia. She acquires a BA in Psychology (minor Sociology) from Roosevelt University, USA and an MA in Continuing Education and Life Long Learning from the Open University of Cyprus. Additionally, she holds the AAT qualification (Association of Accounting Technicians).  

Xenia was an active volunteer for many years in different NGO’s. Moreover, she worked in the past at various NGO’s for individuals with mental and intellectual disabilities and individuals with leukemia. For more than 15 years, she worked as a training and development expert and collaborated with NGO’s, private companies and governmental departments.

Xenia's role entailed the design and provision of training programs. The topics of the programs included team building, self-awareness, work and life balance, diversity and workplace bullying. Moreover, she worked for more than a decade in a large organization with main duties managing and servicing customers, recording and solving problems. She was working in an HR consulting firm for two and a half years before joining the Organization.
