Sophia Rossou

Social Worker

Sophia Rossou works at "Hope For Children" CRC Policy Center in Children's House as a Social Worker. Sophia graduated from Frederick University as a Social Worker and she’s also studying Systemic Psychotherapy – Family therapy. During her studies she completed a six-month practical training at Larnaca District Welfare Office and another 6 months practicum at Larnaca counselling center.

She worked as a social worker at a school of children with special needs and with parents on issues related to students and on claiming the rights of the children. In addition to that, Sophia has conducted several counseling groups for parents on a duration of 8 sessions for each group.
