Elpida Loizou is employed at “Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center as a Clinical Psychologist at the Foster Department, in Limassol. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Cyprus and a Master in Science Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Nicosia.

She carried out her clinical practicum at the Psychiatric Clinic of the Nicosia General Hospital with patients diagnosed with severe psychopathology, at the Center for Research and Counseling Services – KESY of the University of Nicosia providing psychotherapy services for adults and children, at the PASYKAF organization for cancer patients, at the Saint Aikaterini House for the restoration of patients with psychopathology, and at the Multifaceted Center of Tseri for the elderly.

She is a registered Clinical Psychologist at the Psychological Registration Council of Cyprus. After the completion of her Master’s Degree, she was employed at the Migrant Information Center where she provided third country nationals and refugees with psychological and psychosocial support.
