{"id":353,"date":"2019-02-05T14:33:37","date_gmt":"2019-02-05T12:33:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/uncrcpc.org.cy\/?post_type=project&#038;p=353"},"modified":"2020-07-16T16:34:14","modified_gmt":"2020-07-16T13:34:14","slug":"can-mds-ii-coordinated-response-to-child-abuse-and-neglect-via-a-minimum-data-set-from-planning-to-practice","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"http:\/\/staging.uncrcpc.org.cy.dedi3501.your-server.de\/en\/project\/can-mds-ii-coordinated-response-to-child-abuse-and-neglect-via-a-minimum-data-set-from-planning-to-practice\/","title":{"rendered":"CAN-MDS II \u2013 \u2018Coordinated Response to Child Abuse and Neglect via a Minimum Data Set: from planning to practice\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The CAN-MDS II project targets to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ensure the availability of necessary resources, training modules &amp; toolkits for building the capacity of professionals working with\/for children in reporting &amp; registering CAN cases;<\/li>\n<li>pilot the CAN-MDS system in real conditions at different levels in 6 Member States for testing the extent the system is able to;<\/li>\n<li>improve cooperation of professionals within &amp; between child wellbeing- sectors, increase reporting &amp; facilitate the administration of CAN cases;<\/li>\n<li>provide at a case level comprehensive &amp; reliable data essential to inform prevention, identification, reporting, referral, investigation, treatment, judicial involvement &amp; follow-up;<\/li>\n<li>provide at a population level aggregated data essential to identify trends, measure responses &amp; feed into policy development;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of training material and toolkits; conduction of a series of 40 capacity building activities; pilot usage of CAN-MDS system in real conditions and dissemination of projects\u2019 results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Funding reference:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The CAN-MDS II project is co-financed by the Rights, Equality &amp; Citizenship Programme of the European Commission (Ref.
