KEEP ME SAFE: Supporting youth peer development tacking sexual abuse<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(2018-3-UK01-KA205-060055): a transnational project bringing together experts from organisations across 6 EU countries (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Slovenia, United Kingdom) to counteract sexual violence by:<\/p>\n

  1. a) Fostering youth agency;<\/li>\n
  2. b) Promoting youth worker\u2019s capacity to identify risks & counteract them through youth work;<\/li>\n
  3. c) Producing a Competence Framework for European youth workers in the field of prevention and an awareness raising of sexual abuse<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    THE ACTIVITIES <\/strong>are looking to promote a youth-led peer support programme that will enable youth-workers to enhance young people\u2019s capacity to protect themselves and their peers against sexual abuse,<\/p>\n

    1. Keep Me Safe Youth Workers Development Curriculum<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      To develop the capacity of youth workers in the field of awareness and prevention of sexual abuse of young people.<\/p>\n

      1. Keep Me Safe Youth Peers Training<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        To equip youth workers to facilitate and support young people themselves to form peer support and learning groups, working together through a peer-to-peer support strategy.<\/p>\n

        1. Keep Me Safe Mobile Digital APP<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          To promote a mobile learning resource that can be used by youth workers and youth peers enhancing access to information and communication strategies.<\/p>\n
